The S10 is a regional railway service in the Swiss canton of Zurich. It forms part of the Zurich S-Bahn on the Zürcher Verkehrsverbund (ZVV), Zürich transportation network.

The line commences at Zürich Hauptbahnhof station and terminates at the mountain-top Uetliberg station. It is operated by the Sihltal Zürich Uetliberg Bahn (SZU) and operates over that company's Uetlibergbahn railway line.
Stations as far as Triemli serve the Zurich suburbs area, and Triemli station itself is situated adjacent to Triemli Hospital, one of Zurich's main hospitals.
Uetliberg station is close to the summit of the Uetliberg mountain, which offers panoramic views of the city of Zurich, Lake Zurich and the surrounding countryside.
All services are operated by Sihltal Zürich Uetliberg Bahn rolling stock.
Trains usually run every 30 minutes from Hauptbahnhof to Uetliberg, a trip which takes 20 minutes.
For much of the day, a more frequent suburban shuttle service links Hauptbahnhof to Triemli station, the last stop on the line within the city of Zurich.
